Wearable NC items cannot be applied to unconverted Neopets or the following painted Neopet body types: Maraquan, mutant, baby, invisible, and fruit and vegetable Chias, unless specified in item details. The NC Mall features some NC items that are only wearable with specific painted Neopet body types such as baby. Neopets Celebration: In order to celebrate Neopets's birthday, each year new celebration goodie bags and birthday cake are made. You can only get the newest cakes and goodiebags, the older one's retire as the year has passed by, but they are shown below anyway. Birthday petpets are made of cake, with frosting, sprinkles, and candles. The later petpets are normally coloured, but covered with the aforementioned toppings. GUIDE TO GOODIE BAGS. There are all sorts of goodie bags and items that keep on giving (well, maybe just once). In this guide, I’ll break down each goodie bag type and what item you can receive from opening said bag.
