If anyone has any experience in the field of creamapis then it would be helpful So what I am trying to comprehend and having trouble with is in regards to how the creamapi works. I'm trying to use cream api, but then switched to auto cream API as I'm having issues. I would like to unlock all of the DLC for cities skylines, but I just found out you need to get the app ID's for the DLC as when I try to 'unlock DLC' to true when I manually installed it the first time, that didn't work. 1. Here is a guide on how to get the DLC planes early on PC. Below is the guide including all of the steps necessary. It's a very quick process.
2. First, make sure you have the update downloaded. Then, you're going to want CreamAPI. Originally, you would need to register for an account on cs.rin.ru to download the program. I have downloaded it and reuploaded it to mediafire so that you do not have to go through this step. Here is the link:

5. Now, your browser and computer may flag it as a virus. There is a forum post on cs.rin.ru that explains why this is a false positive and that there is no virus included in the zip file. The link to this post is provided below:

8. Once you have the zip downloaded and extracted to a folder, now you need to install it.
9. 1. Navigate to the folder that 'steam_api.dll' or 'steam_api64.dll' is located

11. 3. DO NOT OVERWRITE THE FILE. You will want to rename the existing 'steam_api.dll' or 'steam_api64.dll' to 'steam_api_o.dll' or 'steam_api64_o.dll'
12. 4. Use the folder 'nonlog-build' in the 'CreamAPI_Release_v3.4.1.0' folder
13. 5. Drag the 'steam_api.dll' or 'steam_api64.dll' and 'cream_api.ini' from this folder into the folder of your original, renamed 'steam_api.dll' or 'steam_api64.dll'. Your folder should look like this:
